BLOG TIME:

¡Hola familia!

How goes the war? things are good here. I get along really well with my companion, and in a week I`ll have been on a mission for 9 months. time is flying by and the mission life is some crazy stuff. I feel like I`ve matured so much here and no one`s even gonna recognize me when I get back. haha, now I`m just strolling down memory lane. anyway, we have some people preparing to be baptized, so I`ll keep you updated. they just arrived at church by themselves this past Sunday, we didn`t even make to invite haha. I`m hoping to learn a lot more and I`m starting to feel more and more at home here. haha when I get back, I`ll feel like a visitor when I get back there haha. I don`t even know if I`ll be able to pronounce words right in english haha. well, I`ll keep y`all updated on my life and times as they come and go. nos vemos!

HOLA FAMILIA!!!

How´s everything? everything here´s just fine. I found out that this entire area I´m in right now is built on a mountain. I never knew what it meant to walk up hill both ways until I got here -____-. It´s all good. anyway, I´m having a much better time now that I´ve decided to stop complaining hahaha. It´s WAY hot here, and can you all believe I´ve already been gone 8 months? crazy huh? hope everyone´s save there. hey, If anyone over there feels like they wanna memorize the scriptures, they should serve a mission. trust me, it works :p anyway, still no baptisms really we´re still looking and giving service to everyone we come in contact with. I´ll continue to keep you updated :)

HOLA FAMILIA!!!

 

Okay, so i got the christmas card in the mail it was pimpin´ hahaha. well, I´m pretty excited because they´ve finally transferred me. I had been in my first area 6 months, and they finally transferred me from there so I can resume my spiritual growth :D My new companion´s name is Elder Lopez (I know, how original), but from what i can tell we´ll be getting along quite nicely. hey, can you all believe I´m 20 years old now? I feel like I should be growing a beard or something.... well, pictures are coming soon, when i can figure out where i can send mail here, and I´ll be sending the memory card :p well, I´m not a Zone Leader or anything yet, but I´ll keep yáll updated. ¡Hasta Luego!

¡hola familia!

¿Còmo estàn? okay, so this week has been a little crazy. the couple we were going to baptize might not be baptized while I`m here in the area, but we`re working on it. I`m pretty much conversational in spanish now haha, well, I`m the same in spanish as I am in english now... so yeah, not really conversational. but I feel like I`m growing so much. I`m learning a ton about the gospel and about the culture of Mèxico. I feel a lot more mature. the mission really is that best 2 years (before marriage) that everyone talks about. anyway, I hope everyone`s doing well and everyone`s safe. Right now I`m just enjoying myself and searching for people who are searching for the truth. I`ll keep you all posted :)

What up?? okay so this week was great. 2 of our old investigators just came out of the woodwork and said, "baptize us" haha so we´re gonna have 2 more baptizms this month. okay, our only 2 baptisms for the past 3 months, but that´s cool. the only highlight. sorry I´m pressed for time, but next week i´ll write more. HASTA LUEGO :)

FAMILIA!

I´m glad things are going well. haha Christmas is gonna be so different. it´s like 80 degrees here still. and It doesn´t ever snow. haha before I forget, if you guys wanna send me like 4 short sleeved shirts of size 16 and 1/2, and like 2 pairs of pants size 38x30 for christmas, that would be awesome :) haha just because every bit of clothing I have now is WAY to big. haha don´t even get me started on my suit jacket. Can I ask y´all a favor? could you lock my facebook pictures and things from the outside world for me? thanks, haha i prefer to remain an enigma.

well, no complaints this week. 15 days and I´ll be skyping you guys, so we can catch up then. could you please send me the skype info of whoever has skype in our house? haha, I still don´t know what time I´ll be on, so I´ll update you on that... anyway, hope all is well. we´re finally getting investigators that really have a desire to change their lives for the better. I´ll keep you updated :)

Oh, ps. I completely exploded at my companion this week and told him everything I hate about him. now we get along. at least better than when he didnt know haha. alright. talk to you all next week. MERRY CHRISTMAS :)
